Kenya looks forward to growing trade and expanding investments with Indonesia.

President William Ruto said the cordial relations enjoyed between the two countries must be expanded for the benefit of the people.

Kenya, he added, was keen on adding value to its products that are exported to Indonesia.

The President said this on Wednesday when he met Indonesia Speaker of the House of Representatives Puan Maharani at State House, Nairobi.

Dr Maharani said Indonesia will advance its partnership with Kenya in training, knowledge transfer and capacity building.

Kenya exports tea, coffee, vegetables and leather to Indonesia.
